Inner Flame is a Swindon and Wiltshire-based youth charity that helps 16-25-year-olds with confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, communications skills, job hunting and employability skills regardless of background.

We run 3 free programmes for 16 – 25-year-olds, one is online, part-time for 8 weeks, and two are face-to-face full-time courses (2 weeks and 12 weeks long). Young people can do all/some or just one of our courses and there is support post programme.
